Aftercare
Sessions can move a lot beneath the surface, even when nothing dramatic happens in the room.
A little care afterward helps your body and energy field integrate what’s shifted.
In the first 24–48 hours:
• Drink plenty of water. Clearing work can be dehydrating; water supports your body as it processes the shift.
• Rest where you can. You may feel tired, spacey, or unusually emotional this is a normal part of integration, not a sign anything has gone wrong.
• Keep things simple. Where possible, avoid packing your day with big decisions, heavy conversations, or intense exercise straight after a session.
• Notice what comes up. Old emotions, memories, or physical sensations may surface over the following day or two as the balance continues to settle. Let them move through rather than pushing them away.
• Some people experience a purge. This can show up as tiredness, vivid dreams, mild headaches, emotional waves, or a short-lived flare of old symptoms as the body recalibrates. This usually settles within a day or two.
• Go gently with food. Lighter meals can be easier on your system while you’re integrating.
• Spend time in nature if you can. Grounding activities walking outside, bare feet on grass, sitting quietly can support the integration process.
